College Readiness/Placement Testing

Colleges and universities may require students to demonstrate college readiness prior to enrolling.  In Texas, students must meet TSI (Texas Success Initiative) standards by taking the TSI Exam or by scoring high enough on the ACT or SAT.

Vocational Testing

BHS offers the ASVAB test once each year to all 11th grade students free of charge.  The ASVAB is the most widely used multiple aptitude test in the world that measures strengths, weaknesses, and potential for future success.  It is commonly associated with military entrance, but it is also an excellent civilian career tool.  Trained personnel give students a thorough interpretation of their results.

**Local home school students are eligible to participate in these exams at Brady High School.  Please contact the school counselor for additional information and to register.
